CANCELLATION POLICY
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be canceled/rescheduled. (15 or more minutes) Cancelation/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 35% rescheduling fee prior to being rebooked, which will go towards the next appointment. If the rebooked appointment is rescheduled or canceled, you shall abide by the no-showing policy (forfeit the 35% fee and pay an additional 15% to total the 50%) No-Showing will result in a 50% deposit to be able to be rebooked and will not go towards the new appointment. NO REFUNDS with the exception of an allergy/other irritation from the service that may arise, in which you will receive a free removal and be offered 50% service back, in other circumstances(if your unsatisfied with the outcome) you will be offered options to fix the issue, but no refund. ALWAYS REMAIN HONEST and respectful, confront me with any issues you may have. If there's something I don't know, I can't fix it.
